Berlin/Hamburg 2013

How does it differ from Berlin? 

          Just a few differences I noticed were 1) the greetings.  Back in Berlin it was always "Hallo" or "Guten Tag" but in Hamburg it was "Moin Moin"  I thought that was really cool!!  I can remember learning about it forever ago, but to hear the difference was pretty exciting!  2) Hamburg seemed more fashion forward.  The hair styles and clothes were a lot different not to mention the shop out on the streets catered mostly to the trendy, clothes seeking people.  3) Obviously, hamburg was right on the water and had that beautiful harbor and delicious fish restaurant.  I did't really find much in the way of great fish when we got back to Berlin.  4) The Reeperbahn!  Maybe it was just me, but I never saw a street like that back in Berlin.  I really enjoyed Hamburg though and now I can say I have stayed in a hostel!
